All purchases ship to arrive within 2-5 days in the United States. Select desired shipping speed and available method at time of purchase. Please allow 5-7 days for shipments outside the United States. Shipping confirmation notifications and updates are sent to your email address submitted at time of purchase. For Tonya Hawkes full price handbags and Hawkes Nest home decor, you may return them within 8 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

All return items must be unused and in its original condition and packaging, including all product boxes, dust bags, tags, and inserts. Please use an outer shipping box and not the signature product box or we will not accept your return.

To initiate a return, contact us within the return window via email at customerservice@tonyahawkes.com or through the live chat feature on our website.

We will provide you with a shipping label, authorization number, and shipping instructions. Please ensure that you include this authorization number in the return package.

Please note, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your return and approve the condition, we’ll quickly process your refund or exchange, usually within 3-7 business days. Refunds are credited to the original payment method. Exchanges are subject to availability.
